Thanks for the communication-update, I have brought quite a few people here and their main fear was..a dead main/update page. Hence their hesitation to devote time, and build a collector page. One thing you might look into is using Google for image storage, they are way cheaper than Amazon S3 without those nasty bandwidth add-ons. 200GB for $50 a year, I don't think you can beat that with a stick. There are also a ton of published php apis in order to let you get the images in and out of Picasa. Or, perhaps you should consider not hosting the images yourself at all, just links to images. No need ro reinvent the wheel. Who owns card images anyway? Last I checked, Topps and their peers had all the copyrights, so having to credit some of these other sites, when they are not even hosting the images for you is somewhere between complete BS and total BS.
