If you want to investigate, check out the sports card section. there are 292,000 baseball cards and 352,000 football cards compiled in the databases. And the collection-building tool is pretty great. You can add whole sets with one click and sort cards into customized folders. You can also download your collection in CSV format, though the feature is tough to find.
